Hello! I’m Anne Amorosa, often referred to as ‘Anne With the Plan’, because you have to plan to win. AS a dedicated Campaigner with a passion for creating comprehensive, High impact campaigns and supporting resources that drive meaningful, measurable change. My journey began as a community organizer, where I founded a 501(c)(3) nonprofit focused on delivering direct crisis relief services to marginalized communities. This foundational experience ignited my commitment to social justice and led me to transition into the labor movement, working in statewide, national and international environments.

Throughout my career, I have successfully partnered with member-run organizations at various levels, creating shared visions and strategic plans that consistently exceed expectations. I take pride in my leadership style, which is mission-driven and adaptable to the unique needs of the team. Whether managing a 22-person team in person or collaborating remotely with partners across the globe, I prioritize open communication and a supportive environment that fosters collaboration and innovation.
